Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Will My Project Take?
The majority of repairs are completed same day. Depending on the size of your home, a full roof replacement typically lasts 2-5 days, with the average being 2.5 days to complete
Is Gold Crown Roofing Licensed, Bonded and Insured?
Absolutely. You can check our status on the ROC website:
https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search
License number: 329535
What Kind of Warranties Do You Offer?
This ultimately depends on the roof and material we’re using. Shingle roofs come with limited lifetime warranties. Tile roof underlayments vary depending on manufacturer. Do NOT be deceived by longer length warranties. These are often non-transferrable and often contain T’s and C’s that cause the warranty to lose value. Contact us for more details.
When Should I Replace my roof entirely?
This will depend on the type of material you currently have. Lets discuss the most popular, being Shingle and Tile roofs. Both Shingle and tile roofs last on average 15-20 years. With tile roofs, the tile themselves do not need to be replaced, but rather the underlayment will need to be replaced at about year 15-20.
