Out of the 8 estimates we requested, we picked gold Crown Roofing because the price was reasonable the customer service was great and they let me use my credit card without the extra 3% fee that all the other companies requested. Me and my husband had to fix some leaks on our roof and weren't sure where to start. We called around and nobody seemed... to be able to give us a straight answer that fit what we were looking for. Fortunately, we heard about Gold Crown. They inspected our roof, gave us a couple options/prices to choose from, and explained the pros/cons of each. We ended up replacing the entire roof and so far no leaks or other issues. Overall, they were professional and the cost was better than the other quotes we received. I don’t typically do reviews but Gold crown roofing went above and beyond! We needed a roof repair done quickly... before our move and it was a lengthy repair to say the least. They got it down quickly and efficiently and even took time to explain their process. I’m the type of person who likes to know all the details so I was especially appreciative. Other companies I called were either unresponsive or not sympathetic to our time crunch. I can't say enough about this company. I was really nervous we would be pressured or taken advantage of when needing... some roof repairs. We are first time home owners and I wanted to make sure I was working with an honest company. The gentleman that came over for an inspection/quote was incredibly professional and didn't make me feel pressured at all. We were given a very fair price and our roof issues no longer exist! Gold Crown Roofing was super easy to work with. We needed a new roof in our last home in Gilbert. They installed a new... roof, they were on time, and finished when they said they would. This responsibility is hard to find in this industry. I am a real estate agent and deal with roofers often.They even helped the people that bought our home with a few roofing questions they had.
